We Offer Complimentary Shipping within the Continental U.S.

  • All orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx, fully insured with Tracking service and Signature required. It takes up to 7 days depending on your location. 
  • When you received the package, examine your package BEFORE SIGNING for it. If you suspect tampering or damage REFUSE DELIVERY and call us immediately@ 858-337-7294 . All orders are shipped double-boxed to maintain the integrity of packaging in the inner box. If you receive a box with damage showing on the outer box or you suspect tampering, open the outer box IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON and MAKE SURE THE INNER BOX IS INTACT. If there is damage, file a report with the driver, get a written confirmation and call us immediately.

If your jewelry is damaged in shipping, get in touch via our contact page. If the damage was clearly caused by the third party shipper, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS, you can file a claim directly with the shipping company. Depending on the situation we may file the claim on your behalf. Always photograph the package and contents immediately, and keep the package. The shipper may be in touch with you directly to arrange to pick up the damaged package. If the shipper agrees that the damage was caused by them, they will refund all or a portion of the cost of goods and shipping to you if you made the claim.

Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for shipping charges. 

Shipping for International Orders

  • We ship internationally via FedEx International or USPS. Shipping charge of $$ will be added to the price of our products. It usually takes 5 to 10 days depending on the destination.  Additional time might be necessary for custom clearance.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
